If you are in Mrs. Fausto’s class, you WILL be taking a test next week.  So buckle up, sit down and study.

5th Grade – Vocabulary Test for Boss of the Plains on Tuesday, January 27.

6th Grade – Comprehension Test for Happy Birthday, Dr. King! on Wednesday January 28.

7th Grade – Comprehension and Skills Test for Elena on Wednesday, January 28.

**Sad News – There will be no school on Thursday and Friday, January 29-30.

On the third Monday of January, we observe Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday. Dr. King devoted much of his life to the civil rights movement, in which African Americans and other minorities struggled for equality. He believed in peace.  He believed that everyone should be able to get along with each other.  Complete the poem below and post it in comments.
